About us

Whether you are planning a wedding, birthday bash or corporate event, it can be a busy and sometimes stressful time. We know that most people won’t have much experience in putting on an event, but that’s where we come in! We’re not just here to provide your tent – we offer a personal service to help you arrange a day that is everything you dreamed of. Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to navigate the planning process by being on hand to answer all your questions and offer options and solutions that match with your vision.

Owen & Carla

We’re Owen and Carla, Owners of Coastal Tents. When we got married back in 2014 we used a Tentipi tent and absolutely loved creating the magical look and feel of our special day. In fact, we loved it so much we decided we wanted to help others create their own incredible celebrations. We already had many years of event experience behind us, and so we combined that with our love of Tipi and Sailcloth tents.

Our service allows you to create your very own memorable celebration by bringing our beautiful structures to the location of your choice. Our tents provide you with a blank canvas so you can design an event that is personal to you.

We have over seven years of experience working in the events industry ranging from Royal banquets and festivals to major sporting events and a further seven years of Coastal Tents! We employ and work with local people and businesses, meaning we have excellent knowledge of the area and industry links, which we will share with you. On the run up to your event we are on hand to troubleshoot any issues or questions and we provide a free 24-hour call out service once your tent is in place.
